The Ballarat & Clarendon College Junior School ELC Link project is an infill structure that creates a critical internal link between two separate existing buildings on the college's Junior School campus.

The space provides a much improved, enclosed waiting area for parents of ELC students, houses a new resource space for group reading sessions and provides an impromptu space for the exhibitions of student artworks.
